Prepare for Pickup or Shipping
For large safes, our logistics team will coordinate a professional curbside pickup; for smaller accessories, please use the provided prepaid shipping label and original packaging.
Inspection and Processing
Once the item arrives at our facility, our technicians will inspect the unit for any damages or missing components to finalize the return approval.
Receive Your Refund
